Steve Bookbinder
Steve Bookbinder has delivered 2,000 workshops and speeches to more than 30,000 sales professionals worldwide. He has over a decade of experience selling online media, search engine marketing, and related advertising products; he has also managed, trained and coached media sellers for large and start-up media companies throughout the US and Canada for more than 15 years. Leveraging his background as an actor, athlete and swim coach, he infuses each presentation with humor, insight and a passion which is contagious.
He has written and co-written more than 25 books, articles and audio training programs, and is most recently the author of NETWORKING TO WIN: How to Use the Power of Social Media to Sign New Clients and Build New Business. Steve also co-wrote How to be Your Own Coach with Jeff Goldberg.
Steve graduated from State University of New York at Albany.
Tom Mahar
Tom Mahar is the Chief Operating Officer at IAI. Tom is a leader with expertise in building companies from the ground up. He has worked with numerous high performance companies and has extensive management experience with successful businesses in a range of industries. His experience in developing business infrastructures, customer service operations and marketing programs in the real estate, property management and hotel industries is critical to the IAI’s service focused business. His high performance leadership style is an invaluable asset to IAI.
Russ Engoran
Russ Engoran is the Director of eLearning at IAI. He draws on more than 15 years of industry experience as an eLearning instructional designer, developer and facilitator at fortune 500 companies. Recognized as an expert in all areas of eLearning standards, programming and implementation, his opinion and innovative approach to learning technology solutions is often sought out by peers in a variety of industries and he brings a wealth of humor and learning insight to the IAI team.
Molly DePasquale
Molly DePasquale
Molly DePasquale is one of the newest additions to the Internet Advertising Institute as the Business Development Strategist. Molly is originally from Greensburg, PA and came to New York in 2006 to attend Hofstra University in Uniondale, NY. Molly graduated cum laude from Hofstra University in May 2010 with a B.A. in Speech Communication and Rhetorical Studies with a concentration in Communication, Culture and Social Action and a minor in German. Molly was a Provost Scholar and the president of P.O.I.S.E (Professional Organization in Speech Education), which is a student organization that encourages students to confidently voice their thoughts and opinions through public speaking. She is very excited to be a part of the Internet Advertising Institute and looks forward to seeing the IAI grow and succeed.

Brittany Herbeck
Brittany Herbeck is delighted to be the newest Account Executive at the Internet Advertising Institute. Originally from Pittsburgh PA, Brittany attended Pace University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. While at Pace, Brittany was a member of PUMA (Pace University Marketing Association), Women in Corporate America, and Keep a Child Alive. She is thrilled to be a part of the IAI and to watch it grow and succeed!
